Important Notice - released by Bonds Security Products to ensure all our current and future customers that we are doing our part in keeping a high level of hygiene during these unsettled times in the world.


Policy update - CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)


Perth and Peel is currently coming out of lockdown. Masks are mandatory during this period. Bonds Security Products will remain open as per normal. All our staff will now wear masks at all times and will follow strict Covid hygiene practices. To keep everyone safe, we have decided to close our showroom until Tuesday 6th July 2021.


As you are aware the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a current community concern. Whilst we are continuing with business as usual we are also taking considered action to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of our people, clients, guests, suppliers and contractors in light of this changing landscape. We give this notice with your wellbeing front of mind.


All orders are being manufactured as a prioity and will be installed within current turn around times. We thank you for your support.

Policy update - CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)  


We have increased our hygiene and safety levels and some new policies are now in place as below.

 

  • our showroom in Malaga is currently open.
  • our factory is limited to authorised personnel only.
  • invoices will be emailed where possible or hard copy will be left in letterbox.
  • all installation contractors are to wear disposable gloves and masks, if required. Regular use of hand sanitiser is still in place.
  • social distancing rules have been maximised where possible with all our staff / contractors and customers.

Whilst public health authorities are still advising that the risk remains low, precautionary measures are essential to mitigate the risk of infection. We are following the Australian Government COVID-19 guideline as well as taking other additional steps to minimise the potential impact.


We ask that if you or a member of your team / family have recently travelled out of the country, especially to infected areas, if you have been in contact with anyone who has travelled or if you are experiencing flu like symptoms, not to attend our office / workplace and contact us on 9249 3700 to make other arrangements.


We request each of our suppliers take their own measures to respond to the Coronavirus in accordance with the official guidance. Please visit the Government of Western Australia  Department of Health website for the latest information and advice on COVID-19.


Further measures have now been taken by our office staff, factory staff and contractors at Bonds Security Products to ensure a high level of hygiene remains. 


This includes -

 

  • frequently washing of hands with soap and reguarly use alcohol based hand sanitiser.
  • covering cough / sneeze with tissue or flexed elbow.
  • avoiding close contact with people with flu or cold like syptoms.
  • wiping down work areas and equipment, with disinfectant wipes, after use on regular basis.
  • requesting and promoting to all visitors to accept our new policies and clean workplace practice when entering our premises.
  • daily inspections by management to ensure hygiene levels are kept high and all staff are healthy and not at risk.
  • all sales consultants / contractors are now required to reduce onsite visit times and minimise contact with customers, where possible, until further notice. This includes no handshakes and no entering customers home / office unless required for measuring / installation purposes. Quotations are not to be written onsite and instead to be emailed at a later time.
