STANDARDS

 AUSTRALIAN SECURITY DOOR STANDARDS

Australian Standards are published documents setting out specifications and procedures designed to ensure products, services and systems are safe, reliable and consistently perform the way they are intended to. They establish a minimum set of requirements which define quality and safety criteria.

When it comes to the design and testing of our security products, we have taken every step to ensure that our doors, window screens, and other security products exceed all the recommended Australian Standards.

Every single one of our products in the range has been designed with the security and safety of our end users in mind.

PROMESH316 and SecureGrille products have been independently tested by Azuma Design which is one of Australia's largest privately-owned compliance testing and engineering companies.

Australian Standard AS5039 Security Screen Door and Security Window Grilles is the main product standard relating to Security Screens. This standard calls up AS5041 Methods of Test - Security Screen Doors and Window Grilles.

Further information about the Australian Standards for security doors is available from Standards Australia Limited and SAI Global.
